  1. Aerobic Capacity
    1. PACER-20 meter shuttle or one mile run/walk (Pogressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run)
    1. Run 20 meters between beeps, beeps get faster, if you miss the mark for two beeps your out.
    2. Allow to cool down by walking and stretching

    1. Abdominal Strength curl/3sec
